Seasons over! Unfortunately it ended differently than I had planned. I spent a good month preparing for SF grand prix, and in the end I fell casualty to another sickness. I never fully recovered from my sinus infection at USPRO and after a couple hard days of training the infection reared it’s ugly head once again. This was quite a slap in the face and has made me question this whole cycling bit. I enjoy riding my bike tremendously, and all the people I race with are great fun to be around, yet I’ve come to somewhat of a realization. I’m just not built for this… I spend hours and hours training only to be brought to my knees but some small sickness. It’s one of the most aggravating things you can imagine, spending so much time trying to better oneself, and every time you make 2 steps forward you take 1 step back.

I haven’t given up completely though, I am now going to school at the local shity college and working my way to a transfer into a four year university. I really haven’t decided yet what my major is so I am pretty much aimlessly attending classes until something or someone comes along and hits me in the head with an idea.

Now that the cycling has come to a halt, I need a job, so in the mean time here is a website for my new business. http://www.arieondesign.com I have been working with computer graphics ever since I owned a computer and it has been a large hobby of mine. So why not try and make some money with this right? Well… the idea is, I am available to do pretty much any sort of computer graphic, web design, photo manipulation you can imagine. I love this stuff, so I guess I’m going to give it a shot. If anyone still reads this website please feel free to contact me if you know of anyone or you yourself is in need of my services.
